Daily Devlogs: 03/14/21
No real progress today I'm sorry. But I will make it up with some more ideas for the background. I felt that having a variety of characters would make the ship interesting and maybe with a bigger scope it would allow for locations to chat with them outside of work. Which means there need to be stores on this ship. Almost like a little community or something. So far I have thought about having a grocery store, a 'used' and 'refurbished' value store and of course, a coffee shop. I could see each of the roles on the ship providing the crew and citizens with a salary based on their role. The more critical roles such as captain, engineer, ship doctor would be paid more than our main character. The ship would be its own little ecosystem and everyone's personality and status would be different.
Anyways that's enough rambling but I'll try to get back to actual improvements tomorrow.
